Group Description

Moonstar Company has been producing both Moonstar and Shoes Like Pottery footwears in Japan since 1873, and this year marks the 150th anniversary of the company’s founding.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their patronage and will continue to strive to make shoes that support everyone’s feet.
We are still creating the Jika-tabi which was their first and original sneaker with the split toe. Both collections are created using the Vulcanized method ( Kiln Baked ).
After the launch of Shoes Like Pottery and Moonstar, Moonstar the famed Japanese footwear company would like to introduce you to the 810s collection.
The collection is a range of styles which are both designed and constructed for everyday wear and takes inspiration from many fields of life.
810s ( Eight Tens ) comes from a Japanese saying “ Belly Eight Minutes “ Which means neither full or hungry “ Just right in style, design, and comfort ”
All collections are currently stocked globally around the world in premium stores.
We apply the technology and experience we have gained through our long history to every shoe we make.
